At Base Pilates Collective we offer a range of classes for all ages, ability and fitness levels. Each of our classes are designed to help you move pain free, with confidence so you leave feeling your absolute best.

Reformer Pilates

A perfect class for if you are new to Pilates or wanting to refine your technique and build a strong Pilates practice. This class offers a whole body workout, focusing on the Pilates principles:

  • Flow

Reformer Pilates 65 +

Our Reformer Pilates 65 + classes are designed to build and maintain strength, mobility and balance without putting any strain on joints. You’ll feel safe and supported by our instructors while having some fun on the reformers.

BASE Mat Pilates

Focusing on a mind to body connection, our Base Mat Pilates class focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. The class will lengthen and strengthen your muscles while giving you a full-body workout. We’ll use small props – the magic circle, therabands, small ball, and light weights to help sculpt the body as well as increase strength and range of motion.

HOT Mat Pilates

Our Hot Mat Pilates class will have your heart pumping! Working your muscles in the heat allows you to become more flexible and making your bod burn some major calories while detoxing the body. The heat also helps to warm muscles and joints, making them more flexible and reducing the risk of injury during exercise.

Get ready to sweat – BYO towel is essential.

Vinyasa Yoga

We’re more than just Pilates. We are a studio that promotes wellness through a strong body and strong mind. Our Vinyasa class encourages active poses, mindful movement, linked with the breath, to create an overall invigorating body and mind experience. You’ll improve flexibility, balance while learning to hold space for the mind and breath.

VIEW CLASS SCHEDULE

Yin Yoga + Mediation to Yin Yoga and Sound Bath

A calming class that increases joint mobility and improves flexibility by targeting your deep connective tissues – tendons, ligaments, and fascia. In this class we will passively hold postures between 3-5 minutes, often with the support of blocks and other yoga props, while relaxing to soft music and gentle lighting. This class is a meditative class where you’ll create space for a calm mind and relaxed body.
