Founder of BASE Pilates Collective
After experiencing a disc injury and later navigating perimenopause, I discovered the power of slowing down and rebuilding strength from the inside out.
Pilates became my anchor, helping me reconnect with my body, manage the physical and emotional shifts of perimenopause, and feel strong and confident again.
I created BASE as a space for women to do the same, to move with intention, feel supported, and rediscover their strength through every stage of life.
Because when you build a strong body, you build a strong mind, and that strength changes everything.
I believe women deserve more than generic workouts or crowded studios where they feel lost. They deserve movement that meets them where they are , and helps them rise.
