At BASE Pilates Collective, our 6-Week Beginner Reformer Program gently introduces you to the reformer and the foundations of Pilates, helping you feel stronger, more confident, and completely at ease in your body again.

Whether you’re building fitness from scratch, easing back into exercise, or simply wanting a supportive place to learn, this is your space.

Foundations of the Reformer
Learn how to use the machine with confidence, springs, straps, set-ups, alignment, and foundational exercises.

Strength & Stability
Build core strength, posture, and muscle tone through slow, intelligent movement.

Mobility & Flexibility
Improve joint mobility and ease stiffness so your body feels lighter and moves more freely.

Mind–Body Awareness
Reconnect with your breath, balance, and body awareness so movement feels natural—not overwhelming.

Gentle, Supportive Progression
You will never be rushed or pushed. Every session is tailored to where your body is today.

Small groups (8 reformers only) mean you are never missed, always supported, and always guided by an instructor who knows your name.

Meet Bec,

The Owner & Heart Behind BASE

A few years ago, I found myself feeling completely out of sync with my body.

I was exhausted, anxious, gaining weight around my middle, and experiencing panic attacks that seemed to come out of nowhere. I didn’t recognise myself,  physically or emotionally.

When I finally realised I was in perimenopause, everything started to make sense. My hormones were shifting, and so was my sense of control. Despite years of being strong, capable, and active, my body suddenly felt foreign.

I kept trying to push through, but what I really needed was to slow down and listen.

Through Pilates, I reconnected with my body, and with myself. I learned that real strength isn’t about chasing the burn or pushing harder; it’s about moving smarter, regulating the nervous system, and trusting your body again.

I created BASE Pilates Collective as a space for women who feel like their bodies have changed overnight,  women navigating perimenopause, menopause, or simply the demands of life who just want to feel like themselves again.

Here, we focus on quality movement, connection, and community, not perfection. 

Because when you feel strong in your body, you feel strong in your mind, and that strength flows into every part of life.

BASE isn’t just a studio. It’s your foundation. Your reset. Your return home to yourself.
