Hi, I’m Bec , the owner of Base Pilates Collective.
I built this studio because I know exactly what it feels like to lose confidence in your body.
A few years ago, I struggled with a disc injury that left me scared to move – it was mentally and physically debilitating.
More recently, perimenopause arrived with its own challenges – fatigue, joint pain, low mood, weight gain and feeling unlike myself.
I rebuilt myself with slow, intentional Pilates + strength work. Not by smashing my body or pushing harder – but by learning to move with control, awareness, and intention.
And that’s what I teach here at Base:

At Base, we focus on quality movement, connection, and community, not perfection.
