PRIVATE & CLINICAL PILATES
Private sessions are tailored to you and your goals. Our certified instructors will meet you where you’re at and focus on specific weaknesses, mobility issues, injuries and other physical difficulties to get you moving and feeling strong.
Private sessions are the best way to achieve your goals and results. We offer one on one, 1 hour private sessions or semi private sessions (2 people if you want to come along with a family member or friend).
