A LITTLE REASSURANCE

Your questions, answered.

Do I need to have done Pilates before?

No. BASE Begin introduces beginners of all ages to Reformer Pilates over four Monday evenings. For beginners aged 60+, BASE Build + Begin runs over four Mondays at 10.15am.

I’m not very fit. Can I still come?

Who is BASE Build + for?

How many people are in a class?

BASE has 8 reformers per class. Our small class size means your instructor can see you, guide you and provide individual support.

How often should I do Pilates?

That depends on you, your goals and your schedule. Many clients choose a regular weekly membership so Pilates becomes part of their routine.
