Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to get back to basics, this class focuses on building a strong foundation in Reformer Pilates.
You’ll learn proper technique, alignment, and breathing while moving through slow, controlled exercises designed to strengthen, lengthen, and stabilise the body.

BASE Mat
Our Mat Pilates classes are designed to help you strengthen, tone, and lengthen your body — all while cultivating deep body awareness and connection. Each class delivers a full-body workout that builds strength from the inside out, using intentional movement and mindful control to create long, lean lines and a beautifully balanced physique.
With the support of small props, the magic circle, therabands, small ball, and light weights, you’ll sculpt your muscles, enhance flexibility, and improve your posture and coordination.
