- Week 1: Workshop with a Women’s Health Physiotherapist
 Learn about pelvic floor and abdominal changes, safe return-to-exercise timelines, and how Pilates supports recovery and rebuilding core strength. We’ll end the session with some gentle movement on the reformer.

 5 x specially tailored sessions to strengthen your core, improve posture, reduce pain, and help you feel strong again.

Our Beginner Reformer Course is designed to take you from “never been on a reformer” to feeling confident, strong, and in control.

Private sessions are the best way to achieve your goals and results. We offer one on one, 1 hour private sessions or semi private sessions (2 people if you want to come along with a family member or friend).
