A supportive 6 week Reformer Pilates program designed for women 65+ who want to move well, build strength, improve balance and feel confident in their bodies.
It doesn’t matter if you haven’t exercised in a long time or ever – that’s what we’re here for. We’ll guide you through the basics of Reformer Pilates over the 6 weeks where you’ll become confident and feel the difference in your posture and strength.
